Coeur Heroes - is a recruitment and mentoring program designed to highlight and engage military members through on-the-job experience. Coeur Heroes allows past and present service members to use the special skills they developed during their time of service to help make a difference at our operations.

Our summer internship program provides students with the opportunity to gain real-world, on-the-job experience at one of our operating mine sites. Interns are mentored throughout the summer by industry professionals and given ownership of at least one projects with a tangible impact on the mine. As part of the program, interns at each site are tasked with creating a group presentation and a “Day in the Life” video to present at the Intern Summit at Coeur’s Corporate office in Chicago to wrap up the summer.
The Coeur Development Program (CDP) gives recent graduates the opportunity to further their understanding of mining as business with a focus on their specialty while also gaining a broader understanding of how each department contributes to the mine's success. Through the CDP, participants work towards achieving milestones needed to advance their professional career. The program focuses on the employment areas of need within Coeur, including engineering, geology and metallurgy. Through the CDP we are developing a strong pipeline of talent to ensure Coeur's continued success.
