  • We are one of the largest employers in every community surrounding our mines.
  • We strive to hire local talent and since 2018, 60% of our employees have been local hires, especially significant given the rural location of our mines.
  • We strive to positively impact the economic development and social well-being of our host communities through job creation, local procurement, employee volunteerism and community investments including multiple million-dollar endowment funds.
